“Best post office EVER!! Virginia is a ray of sunshine! I've been stuck dealing with the horrific Conroe post office for the past year and I had to finally close my business in July because of their refusal to scan packages left in my mailbox or dropped inside the post office which left my customers believing I was shipping items several days later than I actually was which tarnished the stellar reputation that I had spent 25 years building. It was devastating both emotionally and financially. We recently moved to Nevada, TX and all that changed when I walked into the amazing Copeville post office and met Virginia!!! For the first time in forever I was able to trust the USPS with my business again!! I literally teared up when telling my husband how amazing she is! She takes pride in her job and does it with a smile!! And she is even open for a couple hours on Saturday so I can maintain my next day shipping guarantee!!! Anyone in this area who is blessed to use this post office needs to not ever take Virginia for granted. EVER. You folks have no idea how good you have it. There are 100K people in the city of Conroe who suffer daily with mail that vanishes into thin air, unscanned packages and hours long waits in a urine soaked lobby just to pick up packages.
