“I love coming to this location. The staff is friendly, Management is competent, and their products are good quality. I just placed an order through their new progressive leasing program with ease, and although there was a small hiccup, i was able to resolve it the following day and complete my purchase. Because I wanted my items brand new out of the box, the store associate ordered the items for me from the warehouse, and the products should be arriving next week. If the product comes damaged I will make a revision to this review, however the staff has been so helpful thus far, that I don't think that will be necessary. 10/10 would come again!”

Today, however, I needed assistance with finding a good office chair that could help with my back pain and discomfort while working at my desk all day. I am completely amazed with the level of customer care given by Melissa from the furniture department, was very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I’m sure I looked pretty overwhelmed when she offered her assistance, but her friendliness and genuine concern of how important it was for me to be able to purchase a comfortable desk chair, made for a “that just made my whole week better” type of shopping experience.”
