“Firstly, thank you so so much Ms. Tanya L, T-Mobile is lucky to have you. I came to this store almost a year ago to purchase a phone/add a line. The young lady that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I got something my girlfriend would love and be happy with ( I was clueless ). Luckily she also made sure I was protected and insured which helped out so much when that phone was stolen just a month later. When I came back to unfortunately get another phone , she was there for me and made the horrible situation so easy, not only was she personable and sympathetic I was actually able to walk away feeling even better about everything. But her impeccable customer service and outstanding knowledge of all that is T-Mobile knows no bounds cause she just saved my Christmas!! She went out of her way to make sure I was able to purchase and have my Apple Watch in time for Christmas. I have never had such a consistent amazing experience in retail. Thank you thank you thank you to Ms. Tanya L. and her manager Govanna, these ladies are doing an amazing job I wish I could give them more business ten times over. “Let me start by saying that over the years I had lost the desire to ever go to a Best Buy, usually having the often joked about complete lack of knowledge service experiences that every usually knows Best Buy for. After writing even this location off a couple years, I found myself back in there a few months ago, and noticed a change for the good. Much more knowledgeable and attentive staff. I had all my questions answered. And left with a good sized purchase. Worried it was a fluke, I gave some time before I ended up there again, but the next time, I found great service again, and again left with a sizable purchase. Finally, just the other day, a third positive experience leading to yet another large purchase. I think Best Buy, and the staff at this location are trying to stay viable in an ever shrinking brick and mortar world for electronics, and they're doing a good job so far. For those wondering I went with 4 stars over 5, because although there have been a few consecutive good experiences, there are many years of horrible ones the company needs to overcome in my mind. If they keep it up though, they will get over that.”

A few times I had the experience of not very friendly employees and one time I had a horrible experience with a female employee in the garden center but I don’t think she works there anymore. She was so outrageously mean to me that I told the manager and he said, you’re the second lady today that she’s been very rude to. Most of the employees at this location are very nice and friendly but Samantha is truly an Earth angel. ????????♥️”
