To me, that is valuable, especially in a small town where there is no competition for some businesses and the service reflects that lack of healthy competition. For example, there is one pawn shop in town and they are sub-standard because they are the only game in town. They don't have to be fair or above average. He's focused, but also personable. I've seen adults taking lessons there and also young kids -- my daughter is 10. My daughter looks forward to her lessons every week and although she can be painfully shy, she has found it pretty easy to open up to Rob and find passion in the drums.
