“While in Best Buy I had to purchase a number of items for a project. I was approached by one gentleman and asked if I needed assistance. After he assisted I tried finding the rest of the items on my own. Not long after Mr. Del was passing by and asked if I needed assistance. He patiently helped me find each item and then assisted with checking me out which became eventful due to my recent move. Mr. Del through and through was still extremely patient and helpful. While he was assisting another associate came over and said Del, the man with the master plan. My exact thought was RIGHT! Current day it’s hard to find people who genuinely want to help…yes even if they are getting paid for it. “When my wife called to set up an appointment the lady she spoke to had my wife measure the piano to verify if they would be able to work on it. When she came out and saw the piano, a Baldwin upright, we found out that unfortunately for us our piano will have to wait a little longer before it is tuned as it is not a type they prefer to work on. We did need them to call us back over a billing misunderstanding and they did so that day and we resolved our concern with them. I was glad to see a company that stood behind their good name and wanted to make things right with the customer.”

“The car we brought in had front end damage and needed signifiant repairs all around the front end and side panels. When I went in for my quote, he surveyed the damage and patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I left without feeling any pressure to make a decision that day. I did get a few other quotes and I must say the cost were comparable with a few being higher. What made me chose them was the excellent customer service, their honesty and constant and consistent communication. Jesse and his staff kept me apprised to what was going on daily and any changes were communicated immediately. They even went above and beyond when they found small issues and took care of them. I must say I was not prepared for the finally product. I was blown away at the work done. The car essentially looked like it came off the lot. They even washed it!! When I went to pay I was sure the price was going to have changed drastically from the quote because of the things that came up (by the way they show and take pictures if something needs to be done that wasn’t discussed); to my surprise there were no up charges. From beginning to end Jesse and his staff were amazing, honest, respectful and courteous. We will definitely use their services again.”
