He didn't tell you that he tried to return the guitar after having it for over a year!....... Also, Gus DID tell him that he replaced the neck on the guitar. ONLY the neck was replaced and Mr. Keener knew that before he bought it. So, the whole, true story was not told. “These guys took great care of me. I went in bc my car wouldn't produce sound- the radio, blinkers, backup camera, no sound at all. They diagnosed it as my amp and showed me where to purchase the part. Then I brought the part to them and they charged me for one hour or labor for the install and now everything is working perfectly. They were also super friendly and nice guys. Yesterday I made a visit to this location due to the fact I was told that my new IPhone 14 pro screen was broke and I needed a new screen. When I arrived at the store a man came out and ask to take a look at my phone. I explained to him the situation of how my phone was placed on a laptop and the screen went out and after he asked for my phone , less than 2 minutes he returned me my phone with the screen fully working. I was told by three different locations that my phone had internal damage but this man was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He knew the exact two or three buttons of click to have my phone up and running. Outstanding work they do there and highly recommended.”

“I have read a handful of negative reviews in regard to the Denton GC. My experiences have not been bad at all. I found Nick, Isaac, and the others who I don’t know by name very helpful, friendly, and professional. I made a purchase of an item that was expensive for me but I didn’t take it out of the bag as I had been working 12-16 hours that week. When I finally got the item out, I realized it was an open box. I started to panic thinking that I had been done wrong and they would be unwilling to help. The store was closed at that time so I had to wait for them to open up again. When I returned to the store, it was very easy to make things right. They totally understood how I felt and helped correct the issue. I had to wait for a factory fresh device, but they took care of it and I was up and running 4 days later. I will not hesitate to shop at this location. It is smaller than many GCs but it is big on customer satisfaction. I gave 4 stars but that is only because they are a smaller store and don’t carry as much as others. If you are in a bind and need something immediately, you may have to travel.”
