“I stopped by Circle K in Raleigh off S.Sauders this morning to fill my truck up and get car wash. When I put the car wash code that was provided for me on my receipt the lights in auto car wash didn’t come in so I went inside to speak with Sherry and she explained she would reset it. Sherry came out from store to assist me and we find out together that car wager was down. The reason I am writing this is because I am huge in customer service and to be honest it hadn’t been a good morning for me but she made my day with her service and smile! Thanks Sherry! “Let's start with the bad. I have had a couple bad experiences here, but they were on nights that the staff were overwhelmed. For example, on the 4th of July only part of my order was made. In their defense, the employees working that night were slammed since all the other local options were closed. Customer service refunded my missing items, so overall it was just a bit of an inconvenience. Most nights I get great service and delicious food here. Tonight (1/26/2022) the cashier even asked if I needed a straw and brought it to me as I was about to walk out the door. I really think you will have a very tough time finding a better Sheetz or late night snack provider in this area.”

“I've brought my car to Mark for repairs multiple times over the last 3 years. He's repaired suspension problems, fixed my brakes and provided general maintenance. Mark does the same work as the dealership for half the price. He does quality work, and provides great service. I trust him with absolutely everything about my car. “This is my main go to store I have always been greeted and asked if I needed any help and even spent some good time searching for proper parts the first time so your not having to run back and forth because it's not the right part ,which is so frustrating when your trying to get something done. So I recently had my alternator go out on me and I knew it had a warranty so I called them and wanted to double check but they needed proof to validate the warranty, well I couldn't find my receipt and it wasn't on my account but like I said I knew I purchased it from them so they told me to bring it in if it still had the auto zone sticker (lucky it still did) they would take care of it for me. So I did, they swapped me a new one and made sure that it was on my account for me incase I had any issues and even made sure it was listed for the warranty thanks abunch I was in a big jam at that time and u guys had made it a little easier to deal with .....👍👍💯💯”
