Then the appointment with Dr. Kim was very thorough and efficient. “This is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to. I have had several bad experiences before that left me with horrible dentist anxiety, so it took a lot for me to come in but my experience was wonderful. From the moment I called to ask do an appointment and discuss my anxiety, the front desk girl was so nice and understanding. She took the time to explain the whole process to me over the phone and sounded very empathetic the entire time. The X-ray process was so easy compared to other places, and the cleaning was amazing! The girl who did my cleaning was so thorough and constantly reassuring. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The doctor was just as amazing as his staff. He was so kind and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. They actually numbed me properly and I didn’t feel a thing when they were filling my tooth. Overall, a 1000/10 experience. I have found my forever dentistry. Side note: It is so cleans and pretty.”
