I have a 6 year old and every time I said the word”dentist” tears would roll. I have taken her to 2 other pediatric dentist and because they was not sympathetic to her fears I didn’t have the heart to take her back even though I knew she had a cavity festering. I found Dr. Ketchel through my insurance. When I booked the appointment I explained to the receptionist about my child’s fears and she understood. Long story short she had to have the tooth extracted. I thought for sure that they would have to sedate her. But they were so understanding and took their time.
