There's never more than a few minutes wait, either in the waiting room or in an exam room. When Dr. Knapp's in the room with me I know that I'm the most important thing on his mind then. He is never trying to rush to get out of the room, or has his mind on other things. He takes time to explain things in a clear way. He also checks many possibilities to identify the root cause of issues. They have diagnostic tools like x-rays and MRI machine in the office which is convenient. In some cases, such as with my son's ingrown toenails, they operated on the first visit -- it was great to just get it fixed.”
