“Jim has taken care of all our fur babies since birth with no problems. Last year had a problem with a guy vet tech very rude he said our dog would die cause he is mean. I called Jim back after leaving told him the situation Jim said that should have never happened and he took care of it. They were amazing, and were able to give me the gender affirming haircut that I've been LOOKING FOR! They also were really great about a product return that was unopened and refunded my $$. Once I got the product home previously I didn't realize I was allergic to an ingredient and they were so kind in getting it taken care of. Best part? It's close to home!
