“Great service! I went In and had an eye exam then picked out their glasses. At first I picked out one pair but then the lady showed me a great pair that would fit my face frame in the same price! I've had to take my glasses back twice (they were one of the cheapest pairs there) 1) due to the frame breaking and 2) the second time due to our dog! They truly do have a 1 year guarantee and I will be back if need another pair to purchase! They are very nice in there and helpful. I have VERY bad eye sight ! Thanks for helping me :)”

“My spouse is in The Phoenix Post-Acute and the staff has been amazing; they care for him as if he was a member of their own family. Everyone on the staff from maintenance to kitchen to the janitors to the Director, Russell is dedicated to the well-being and happiness of the residents. Russell frequently prepares BBQ for both the staff and the residents – he might be over the BBQ pit with briskets or hamburgers and hot dogs. We are not talking about a brisket – no, he is smoking food for everyone – probably 8 to 12 briskets (I have never counted). The staff amazes me with their dedication and attention to the needs and idiosyncrasies of the residents. Mr. Williams tirelessly cleans up after the residents, he even comes in on his day off, if he knows that there is an event that will generate unusual debris or if someone’s room needs special attention. The nurses have familiarized themselves with each resident and can anticipate and answer the individual needs of this diverse population. I hope that I have adequately expressed the immense gratitude that I feel for the staff and Director at the Phoenix. These people are amazing in their care for my loved one.”

“Dr. Alvares is a truly amazing and competent doctor. I love his experience, insight, treatment plan, and the time he spends with both of my sons. The treatments are making a huge difference in my allergy and asthma kiddo. However, the office staff is a mess. I can never get a call-back from a nurse. Half the time, I get dumped to a voicemail box that is "full". After two years of allergy shots and multiple requests, they can never get a statement mailed to me. I always have to call in periodically and just ask what my balance is and pay over the phone. I filled out a records request twice in order to get my boys' medical records from their office, but the requests just went ignored. Multiple times we've taken my son to get his shots and discovered that the office is randomly closed when they are normally open. We're dealing with all these pain points because Dr. Alvarez is really, really good. I just wish he had better staff.”

I found this to be strange as I've never had teeth issues and both parents never had any cavities. So I just made an appointment with Dr. Bayless and he verified what I thought for a reasonable price. I hold his opinion in high regard and will continue going to his business. He has never tried to up sell me on things that aren't needed. Now it's a year later and my teeth are fine, some dentist get drill happy.”
