“Dr. Paul Bauer has been my daughter's ENT since 2009. He has a great team with very little turnover and a well run office. They sometimes run late, but it's worth every minute because he is terrific with kids. Some doctors make me wonder why they went into pediatrics, but Dr. Bauer always enters with a smile and seems to truly enjoy working with children. He is direct, a clear communicator and has a good sense of humor, something my daughter and I appreciate. He knows what he's doing and is matter of fact about options and next steps, even when they are hard to hear. I especially appreciate that Dr. Bauer provides encouragement to kids to be their own advocates and to be responsible in self-care as they get older. I highly recommend ENT for Children.”
