“Tried out this gym for the first time bout 1 month ago and I highly recommend it!! If you're looking to get a quick work out in from HIIT type of workout to Yoga and burn lots of calories in a short time, give this place a shot. I was hooked after the first class. The benefits of working out here is: convenience (24hrs), clean, friendly, you can book your class on the app, they have a free weights section in addition to the hot saunas. Don't let the word sauna mislead you, there is a difference here due to the infrared benefit. Regular saunas heats up the air whereas this type of sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate your muscles. My experience is less soreness afterwards, skin improvement, and you feel amazing after you’ve worked out. The one thing I do love is the staff, friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole program. Angie is wonderful so kind hearted and helpful. Make sure to bring your water bottle!!”

“I first began learning Taekwondo in 1987 and I earned my black belt in 1995. I've been training at Pinaroc Taekwondo for about 5 years and my two boys have been training for just over a year now. Over the years I've trained at several different schools with some very talented athletes and instructors, but my experience at Pinaroc TKD has been next level. Master Pinaroc is a brilliant tactician, excellent coach/instructor and has become a great friend. I cannot say enough good things about him or the program he has developed. In a three year run competing at the National Taekwondo Championships, under his guidance, I was able to earn two silver medals and a national championship. Both my boys truly love the kids program as well. All of the instructors do a great job of connecting with the students on an individual level, helping them to progress at a pace that best fits their needs and abilities. “Dr Roshni Foster is the best. I was itching horribly all over. I had both test done at the office and nothing showed up. I took singular, zyrtec, nasal spray and still no relief. So she offered to do a blood allergy test even though she didn't expect to find anything different. Desperate for relief I went and took the test. She called me with the results. I am still not allergic to anything food or environmental. However, that test showed bile in my system. She told me to go to my primary care physician immediately. When I went I was prescribed a medication that relieved my itching in 24 hours. It was completely gone in 4 days. Without that final blood test I am not sure when or if I would have found the cause. I am so thankful for her. The rest of the staff as in many doctor's offices can use work. The front office staff is very slow but not rude. My thing is at least open on time. I had a 2pm appointment. They are supposed to open @2. I sat in my car waiting for them to unlock the front door. At 5 after gave up & knocked to be let in as I had seen them open the blonds 10 minutes earlier. The nurse Hannah that assisted Dr Foster was very unpleasant and nothing like the previous nurses I had encountered. Perhaps she was having a bad day.”
