“Went in for a consult for 2 root canals today based on what another dentist told me. Everyone was so nice and never have I been more appreciative of a dentists honesty. She informed me of the prognosis on one tooth being that it would likely later need to be extracted and would be better to do that rather than a root canal on it. I appreciate her for being honest with me rather than taking my money and doing the procedure and me having to get the tooth pulled later anyway. Will definitely be returning to get my other tooth fixed once I have this one handled.”

“I first learned about Dr. Hughes over 24 years ago when my daughter was only 4 years old and I took her to the E.R. and there is where I first met him. I was scared to death as my little girl was having seizures and hallucinating. I thought she was at death's door but by God's grace and Dr. Hughes's expertise and compassion, my little girl turned out to be just fine. Come to find out, my daughter suffered from chicken pox encephalitis and that is exactly what this doctor said he thought it was and made all the necessary arrangements to get my little daughter set up with Children's Miracle Network in Lubbock, Texas where she was treated. And come to find out, my sweet daughter is now in the medical profession, herself where she passes on the same compassion that I would like to think that she learned from Dr. Hughes all those years ago. “What a wonderful service for minimal issues like an infected tooth, which is what I used it for. They were super quick and by the time I got to the pharmacy the prescription was completely ready, all in one evening. I will definitely use this service again for little issues that don’t need physically assessed. And for $50, you just can’t compare the convenience. Where I live, $50 is the copay you’d be charged at urgent care if you didn’t have insurance then you’d have to sit amongst the towns finest while you wait for 4 hours to be called back. I’ll take this service over that any day.”

I’m so glad i got a picture of him with Saul 🥹 I switched doctors in the middle of my pregnancy due to not feeling heard by former doctor and Dr Bradford was awesome from the very moment i met him! He made me feel very comfortable, he was always honest & straight forward and so nice. I was in labor for 25 hours and i was very confident in him, the fact that he was my doctor made me feel safe with whatever decisions were made medically. I ended up having a c-section and was confident in that decision. Thank you for all you have done for us! Fun fact: He delivered 2 of my sister’s babies ☺️”

The employees are really friendly and the dentist Dr. Walia as well as her assistants are really sweet and ask you every couple of minute during procedure if you are comfortable or they need to stop. “What I like about this doctor is that he is old school and up to the point, he really cares about the well being of the kids and will get on your case if you are just buying over the counter medication and giving that to your child. He wants to make sure that you follow his instructions and will rarely give your child any strong meds unless they are really needed. He really helps your child build their immune system. He will also give you his cell phone number to call him in case of an emergency or to keep him updated if you have to take your kid to the ER. You can clearly see he is not in the profession for the money. One time he asked me if I lived on the West side so he could go to my house to check on my daughter. But I live too far for that I could not take advantage of that service. I live on the far East and I don't mind the long drive to take my kids there with him. I have been taking them since they were born. One is 4 and the other 2. If you choose him you made a right choice but don't be sensitive if he gets on your case, listen and learn from it.”
