“I've mostly had decent experiences here with staff, a few specific caseworkers. In fact, I almost never have issues with staff. Most difficulties are with the medical professionals. Now, with the counselors, all but one were helpful in one way or another. One of them was noticably above the rest, but I lost him when he went into private practice. After that, the counselor I was given (poor guy) took vigorous notes while I kinda unloaded. He wanted to hear it and encouraged it, but when I'd look over all he could do was shake his head about what I shared. He was great, really, and did his best, but he couldn't say much. There are more, but I'll stop there. As far as those prescribing medications (not psychiatrists, but working under them), a few I've felt I could trust. The rest, including my current one, tend to lean toward criticizing the meds I'm taking-ignoring my diagnoses-and telling me I should be outside more, exercising my mental health issues away because I don't need meds. Oh, also listen to gospel music. And pray a lot. I trust medical professionals for the most part. They went to school, ideally learned their profession, but if you'll come at someone with clinical, chemical imbalances, and encourage more exercise, then religion, to a disabled cult survivor...? Yyyyyeah. So, with that, I'd give 2-3 stars. However, they've done a lot of work with their offices! The facility was showing its age. Now, I want to be clear that I'm not criticizing them for that and if if I'm coming across that way, I apologize-they've done the best with the funds they've had, as far as I know. They opened all the parking right in front of the building for people with disabilities. Which is something, considering one of the spots that could have been disabled parking was for a Director. Seriously...? Extra points for adding another spot :) They've done a bunch with the front waiting room, the check-in desks... They've added a pharmacy on premises and are bringing in a medical doctor for primary care. I expect they'll be pretty booked, but it's nice to see. The pharmacy delivers, usually within a day from being filled! Also the delivery fellow is awesome. I hope he's around for a while. Finally, CFG does online appointments through Doxy, SOMEtimes by phone. They will require you to come to their offices in person every six months to visit the caseworker and update your paperwork. Amusingly, they've then escorted us to an office with... A camera and screen to meet the doc through Doxy. I'm told that, theoretically, meetings with the caseworker can occur online also, but you get what you get. They **did** insist on masks before, but this is Texas, so very few do anymore because "yeehawww freedom" **shoots guns in the air** . Or some such nonsense. Some there do still mask, which we appreciate very much, since so many don't care anymore. I'm not letting that but influence the rating either way, even if I want to do so. So, overall good. I haven't visited their other offices in literally years, but between the facelift and good staff, I'd recommend at least giving these guys a try.”

“Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were very professional and friendly. My daughter did better than me, but the staff was patient with me. The assistant, I believe, is a student. She did seem to still be learning, but was very attentive and polite. I have been to this office 3 times in the last year and a half. The office itself may be not be fancy like some others, but I like that rates aren't higher to cover their outlandish office. I am very pleased with Dr. G and his staff.”

“Great coaching and a engaging community at the 5am class this morning. You guys run an awesome program at Crossfit South Forney! I will definitely be back when in town again. Have to say though, one of the best parts was meeting this pup.”

“I loved this dentist office! I took my 13 and 1 year old and they were treated so nicely!! My daughter was very impressed by the lady who did her X-rays. She said the lady kept asking if she was okay and if she was comfortable. They were so patient with my 1yr old I was very happy. They even put on coco melon for him to watch while the dentist looked at his teeth. The front desk was awesome too! My son was acting wild while we were waiting so she gave him some toys. It was very sweet! They also have a kid play room. The office is very nice as well.”

“I'm from another gym and went to an open-mat of theirs right after I got my blue-belt. They welcomed me with open arms. One of their black belts even offered to roll with me, He was super cool and even let me "do some work" during rolls rather than just destroying me the whole time lol It was a great time.”

“I had the trial in August and the permanent done the last week of September. I wanted to be completely healed before leaving my feedback. Hilary was my initial contact and took care of everything from start to finish, she is awesome. My insurance is still pending but everything Hilary has told me has been accurate, so I am positive it will all work out. Dr. Will and his team were wonderful from the trial to the permanent procedure. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical team treated me with the utmost respect. Most of the pre-visits occur over the phone, which again the staff was great. The follow-up calls as well. Now the recovery, which we all know not everyone recovers or deals with pain the same. My recovery was slow and painful BUT it was worth it! I have experienced migraine headaches 12-16 a month and if not a migraine then a daily headache EVERY day of my life, so the recovery was well worth it. Its been 1 month 4 days since my permanent procedure and I have had 3 mild and 1 moderate headache !!!! Now with that being said, I am still experiencing some discomfort in my neck and chest area (where the battery pack is) but again, it's well worth it. So I totally give Plano Surgical Center, Dr. Will, Cher, his staff and Hilary a thumbs up! Thank you for this amazing procedure. I do want to thank the Lord above because without him none of this would be possible.”

“Brought my 6 year old son in for a dental emergency. I am grateful for Dr Bhakta's friendly mannerism as he made my son feel comfortable and resolved the issue with his tooth pain. I would highly recommend this dental office.”

“Food and Fitness is definitely the best of both worlds! Food and Fitness has helped me achieve major health goals by teaching me about portion control, healthy food choices and effective exercise. The staff is friendly, professional, and they love what they do! Your sessions are designed to fit YOUR needs. In the time I've worked with them, I have lost and maintained 40 lbs. In the first five months, my health and habits improved enough to cut my meds in half and get me off insulin after 20 years of shots! If you're looking for a sure way to achieve your fitness goals, whether it's gaining muscle, losing weight, improving fitness or maintaining health, then this is the place to go!”

“I recently got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a surprisingly great experience thanks to the staff. I had been putting this surgery off for the past year due to not having confidence in my previous dental surgeon. I’m glad I did because I may not have had such a good experience. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and friendly and they even called to check on me later in the day after my surgery. I can’t thank them enough!”

“I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The pharmacist and the people there are so nice! They take the time to explain everything to and make sure you understand what it is you need to do. They did free delivery for me, which was great, because I live around 40 minutes away. I couldn't figure something out with my glucose meter and both the pharmacist and the people working there called me and help me figure it out. Love this pharmacy!!!”

“Sarah till this day had a huge impact in my pregnancy and birthing experience. She helped throughout my second pregnancy, my daughter is now 2 and the impact she made on me as a mother during my experience with her is something I still cherish. I was going through a rough time and she was so patient and caring. She always made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't alone in the process. She was full of information and very reassuring and present when it was time for labor. My labor story was intense and a bit scary but I am so thankful to God for the team I was surrounded by that day. Sarah and the nest women really came through for my daughter and I and I will forever be grateful to them. Sarah is truly the woman to have by your side when bringing life into this world.”
