Offer you a drink and you can sit and enjoy a comfy chair and a drink before your appointment. You get an incredible cut and the. They wash your hair afterward. Everyone is incredibly nice and the service you get is top notch. I wish they would sell cigars in addition. They have a plethora of services they offer and some amazing scents you can try on and purchase. The location is convenient, why would you go anywhere else? Is it a little pricy? Sure. I highly recommend FIT and all of its great trainers to anyone who is truly committed to their overall health and well-being! You don’t know what you are missing until you have a trainer like Rodney! Since joining FIT, I personally have increased my core strength, improved my posture, built muscle mass, lost nearly all the weight I’ve needed to loose, and reduced by 90 percent the aches and pains associated with the physical and metabolic inflammation common with poor diet and lack of functional exercise. Instead of just going into the gym to “lift weights” or “do cardio”, my training sessions are dynamic and challenging, taking into account core strength and proper nutrition for optimal performance. These sessions also promote longevity activities that balance cardio/strength workouts, clean eating, and stretching / postural activities. I can’t imagine not going to FIT any longer and actually look forward to my 30-45 min. sessions. Will, the owner is extremely dedicated to operating a great training facility. The atmosphere is warm an very friendly. The training staff are all top notch, dedicated to their client’s goals and success. The facility is clean and the equipment is great for functional fitness. This makes coming into the facility to train way more than a gym.”
