“AMAZING. Why? Well I am pregnant with my first child, and as you can imagine I was worried when my wisdom tooth got infected and swelled my mouth shut. The office at Berry and Berry took me in as a new patient very quickly to help with the pain they gave me antibiotics that were safe for me and got me scheduled to see Dr. Berry. I went in today, and the procedure was so quick! Like I don’t think it took much more than 5-8 minutes. He knows what he is doing, and they have done many of these procedures! Not much pain with shots or anything and now I’m in recovery mode. VERY VERY impressed with how safe they made me feel and how quick and almost painless the procedure was! Just amazed. Sky was a wonderful teacher and let us try lots of different tricks. She made everyone feel comfortable and confident. The day before the class there was an issue with payment (on my end) and Sky was very understanding and patient while I got it figured out. “I could never get anyone on the phone. And I had some serious issues with not being able to fill out the forms due to a brain injury. I knew they would provide assistance, but could never get anyone on the phone. I finally spoke to my Medicare Advange plan rep, and she suggested I go in. She said they aren't staffed to take calls so no one ever answers. She even has a direct number & no one answered. So she said I should just go down there. Said that everyone she sends down there gets results THAT DAY. Not having a car, that's easier said than done. But I finally got help, and all my paperwork has been corrected & re-filed. The lady there was very helpful & thorough. It took a while, but she managed to get it all done. I was very pleased. AND A BONUS: NO WAIT!”
