“I had an all around great experience joining this gym! Very helpful staff. I love that it's open 24/7. Be sure to check the website though, because even though Google shows it's always open, only specific hours are staffed. If you are joining for the first time you need to make sure you go during staffed hours to sign up, or you won't be able to get inside. (There's always security cameras set up though.) It's fairly small but has all the essentials. There are treadmills, ellipticals, various machines, squat rack, free weights (including barbells, several different dumbbells, kettlebells, etc). There's also a room you can lay out and use mats in. They have multiple gender neutral bathroom/showers. All in all I really like the environment here!”

“Just got my first massage ever here. I was so nervous going in because I had no idea what to expect, but it ended up being a wonderful experience! Ruby (my masseuse) and the people at the front desk were so incredibly friendly. The massage was awesome, Ruby did a great job! She was so nice and kept making sure I was comfortable. For the first time in forever, the tension and knots in my shoulders are gone. I couldn’t immediately feel a difference. It felt lighter and I was able to stand up straighter. “I have always had a very hard time trusting Dr’s. I found Dr Barksdale last January and he has been amazing. I will never go see another Dr as long as he is around. Whenever I can’t see him and have to see Katherine it is always just as amazing. All of the doctors in this office truly listen and provide the best care possible based off your complaints. After seeing a specialist for 3 years for my diabetes I was still living in the 500 glucose range. After my first three months of seeing Dr Barksdale and his team I now live in the 90 - 200 range and my A1C is below 8’s. Still not where we want it to be but better then where it was above 12. Not to mention his staff. Very professional, compassionate, caring, and always greeting you with a smile!! Especially Mallory, she is absolutely amazing and these Dr’s are so blessed to have her on their staff.”
