“Dr. Gloria is so extraordinary, you can consider yourself lucky and very fortunate to be her patient. She is by far the most amazing dentist/specialist I’ve ever been to. I absolutely adore Dr. Johnson in Killeen at Fusion Dental, but my case was far too complex and I needed a specialist. Dr. Johnson was generous enough to send me to Dr. Gloria Torres because he knew she was awesome. With an overbite and crossbite, we had much work to do. After numerous surgeries, healing, casts, procedures, implants, more surgery, etcetera, I have lovely teeth and a lovely smile. Dr. Gloria is always fair about pricing and such a perfectionist. I have always felt like I was her only patient. She’s bends over backwards to accommodate my busy life and commute. Even when I had to bring our baby when my husband was on business trips. She really tried to work around my obstacles. The staff was so good to my daughter while I was getting work done. I didn’t make a habit of this, but when I had no options, they accomodated me. I can’t ever thank her enough for all of her hard work and the nights she stayed late making sure everything was perfect. She even stayed late numerous times. Never did she complain. I love her and her staff. This is an incredible office to visit and she doesn’t ask much, you need to make your appointments and not cancel because she’s very busy, but in return, she will gladly give you all of her time and expertise. I adore her. Jackie is a fanrastic assistant, Victoria is great and has assisted as well. The front staff are wonderful, they answered my emails, messages, they do everything to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Gloria had to replace, redo, and reconstruct the complete mess that Dr. Fossum (Harker Heights), made of several teeth. Crowns that were not seated properly, a tooth that broke at the baseline after they did a horrific crown with NO post that broke. This cost me tens of thousands of dollars. ($30k) This wasn’t an easy case for Dr. Gloria. If you’re looking for a specialist to do implants, or mouth reconstruction, fix a painful cross bite or overbites, Dr. Gloria does amazing work. She does implants, she lengthened my roots on two of my teeth, she covered a dark area on a tooth so it wouldn’t show. She was the first dentist to EVER look at my whole mouth to attempt to correct the problems. She preformed gum surgery to fix an indentation in my front gumline. The list is so long of all of the procedures this gifted specialist provided. I can’t ever thank her enough. I’ve also seen Dr. Craig Torres, as I needed a root canal. He’s also ruled out two root canals, thus saving me a lot of money. It was a TMJ issue and he addressed it. He’s patient, kind, and wonderful. Extremely knowledgable in his specialty, and I’ve referred my husband and others to him. I’m very thankful for this speciality clinic and all of the loving professional care I’ve received. I feel like I absolutely got my money’s worth and I have a beautiful smile now. Trust the best when it comes to your teeth. It is so important and makes life so much better. No more retainers! Both of these specialist deserve five stars. I’ve been provided with excellent care.”

“Great little clinic, you have to wait a while outside to get checked and let in. Try to move around so the nurses inside can see you. The front door is closed so sometimes they can't see you. The people are very friendly. We like this place and the Dr who works here. Very great place do recommend. Also a store is right next to it dollar tree or a grocery store also an allsups gas station.”

“Scheduled my appointment online and it was very user friendly. I came in because my back was having spasms. The clinic is very cool and welcoming. It’s got a very relaxing vibe with a classy black and green color scheme. After a quick evaluation by Dr. Phil, he new exactly what was needed and we started doing exercises that would easy for me to do at home as well. We finished by doing dry needling, which looks or sounds scary but wasn’t bad at all. In fact as soon as we were done, my back was relaxed and felt a lot better.”

“We looked at about 7 places before deciding to send our boy to bright mosaic. He has been attending for the last 10 months and we feel great about the choice and lookforward to keeping him there for as long as possible. Everyone is fantastic and more than willing to be helpful in anyway they can. The biggest difference with bright mosaic is that it doesn't feel like a doctors office. Our son goes there full time and we love that it feels more casual and their outdoor areas for play are a huge plus. The staff dress appropriately for playing with children. Our son is excited to attend everyday and it's a great feeling to know he wants to be there. Also, it was the only place we found that required immunizations. Everywhere else wanted to be open minded about it which makes me worry about their credibility providing medical services.”

He just makes the experience of PT quite a fantastic one!! It’s such a nice feeling to be welcomed back, with everyone remembering my name and greeting me pleasantly. This place has up to date equipment and methods. But the most important quality this place has is exceptional care from all staff members. You can tell they WANT to be there, that they WANT to help you! I can’t wait to come back each week and I’m so so thankful my insurance takes them, I can not imagine going somewhere else. “He delivered my son 13 years ago now. During my pregnancy he missed a protein deficiency in my blood I kept trying to inform him about it every time I went for a visit - he only listened when my mother flew in for the birth and told him then.. within minutes I was being tested and given blood thinning injections for 3 months!! I should have been on them my entire pregnancy and since the condition can cause miscarriage my child was a bit of a miracle baby! (I believe it was a genuine miscommunication - I am British and it’s likely called something different there vs in the USA) Other than that Dr Storts was very kind and professional helping me with various issues during the pregnancy. Queue wasn’t always great but if he’s needed at the hospital they can’t do much about that! SO many ultrasounds as I measured small but was carrying larger than average - fine by me! Sometimes a little condescending and he kind of swaggered in at the last second during delivery - the nurses did all the work! He didn’t respect my wishes to not have an episiotomy but the birth was successful, I had a healthy baby at the end and the recovery wasn’t too bad. The aftercare was fantastic too! So while mixed feelings, I don’t feel let down or upset by how it all happened.”
