“My mom has lived in Bayou Vista now for over a year. The staff has been wonderful to her and she has made friends with many of them. My sister and I are her primary visitors and we have had few issues with her care. Generally, she has been well-cared for needing 24/7 assistance and nursing. The only real issue is they seem to be terribly short staffed on the weekends. As the year has progressed there is a noticeable decline in staff overall. Eagle’s Trace is one of the better places in Houston for elder care. I can’t imagine what it is like in some of the less appealing facilities.”

“This was my first visit to Dr. Steve's practice. The waiting area is decorated so nicely. It feels like your relaxing in large family room. His front staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well his experienced dental team. They all made me feel very comfortable. Prior to my appointment ,I was able to complete all that dreaded paperwork online to include uploading the insurance card info. There was nothing else to fill out on my appointment day which I loved. Dr. Steve's office has STATE of the ART TECHNOLOGY!! I have visited a few dental practices, but his by far was very impressive. I kept saying.."This is amazing." I told my daughter about the visit and now she and most likely my son-in-law will be new patients very soon. Thanks again everyone and see you soon!”

“After getting my ICL procedure done at Carter Eye center in Dallas, I wanted to find a local doctor for my yearly checkups. I've always been frustrated with Carter Eye center, having to wait HOURS for every checkup, but I always assumed this was the norm. I don't know why I didn't see Dr. Hsiao earlier... 1. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen by him. 2. Dr. Hsiao was super patient answering my silly questions. 3. I never felt rushed during my time with him. Thank you for the wonderful experience!”

“Truly a blessing in disguise. I can not recommend enough. Ken and his staff TRULY care and a lot of doctors have lost that. I don't know what i would do if i hadn't found Evergreen years ago. The staff is so friendly and on top of my every need. Every single time. They never make me feel like a bother to them. There are still really good offices that care about your needs, but they are hard to find, and im blessed to have found Evergreen. Even though they don't take my insurance, it is worth paying out of pocket. Ive tried finding other offices who take my insurance, but stll come back here because i still have found nothing that compares to the care i receive here! Thank you Ken and ALL of your amazing staff for always going above and beyond ❤️”

“The staff at Encore Dentistry is amazing! I went here to get whitening and molds of my teeth for a teeth whitening certificate I had purchased through Smile America a while ago. My first visit I had Angelica and she was so sweet and friendly. Took molds of my teeth and I was out in about 10 minutes. The second time I came by (a week later) to pick up my whitening kit and molds I had Ulysses. He was friendly and showed me how to use my whitening kit at home, and I was out In about 5 minutes. I loved how fast everything was able to be done so that I could get on with my day. When I went to leave though, my car wouldn’t start. Luckily, Jason from the dentistry was kind enough to pull his car up and give mine a jump! Not only did they get my teeth right, but they helped with my car as well. Overall, I can tell this place has an amazing staff. Great customer service and great people in general. I highly recommend this place!”
