He is very personable, as well as his staff and from what I've heard about him as an employer, I'm quite impressed! I've been going there for almost 2 years now and haven't experienced any of the things I read in a few reviews. Since I'm familiar with how a dental practice works and some procedures, I don't give these complaints much weight. I'd say it's worth finding out for yourself in this situation. After all, people do make mistakes when working with computers and for rudeness, I've never seen anything that even hints at that. As for my family and I, we will be patients for a long time! They call you with cancelations to get you in at a more convenient time, when available! We have happy teeth now!”
