I got to train with several coaches like BEN, SHARALEE and even the Manager KRISTA and they all brought new perspectives and techniques to my Fitness goals. I've been training for an endurance and fitness competition and with their experience and help, I was able to achieve my goals. I'm very happy with the training and knowledge I learned from each trainer. I also signed up for their new Fitness Hit classes they have weekly and it's been a big change in my overall physical performance and health.
