“Such a wonderful and caring staff. I called on the way there because my dog had gotten into a bag of chocolate donuts and I had no idea how many he had eaten. Despite no doubt having a full schedule, they were able to see Henry and his urgent situation immediately. They even let me stay with him as the meds they gave him kicked in and induced vomiting, and sent us home with fluids and medications to make sure his stomach recovered. My dog, normally scared of new places and people, was comfortable with them handling him and accepted comfort from one of the staff when I went back to the lobby. Most importantly are the trainers that can help you achieve your goal..whatever it is. They are highly skilled and train to your level. It is a Personal Gym so they address your needs and desires. Staying fit and functional for me, but there are competitive athletes that train here, as well as those recovering from injuries and then you have just those that want to work out and stay healthy. Caleb did so great with my 5 yr old kiddo, who can be sensitive to certain situations. He had a very calm demeanor and talked my son through the whole process. He let my son know every time he was going to do something different. My son is so proud of himself for being brave, and his haircut looks amazing! I was no help to the barber because I know nothing about haircuts, but what he ended up doing looks so great, we are super grateful for a wonderful experience. When I moved back to the area and started having some concerns about endometriosis, it was quick to get an appt and she sat down and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my concerns. “We were there on a busy Friday afternoon. We did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. We saw multiple people walk-in without appointments and be helped while we were there. I enjoyed the vibe, but anyone with sensory issues would find this place horrible. - There is music playing (louder than "background" music) and posters all over. My 16 yo sons haircut turned out great. We talked to the technician and asked what she thought would look best on his face and what was in style and she explained what she thought very well and then did a great job of doing exactly that. He was thrilled and feels like he found his new look. We'll be back!”
