They lean on the side of conservative dentistry meaning not rack up a massive bill with a bunch of add ons. They possess modern tech instruments but are not gimmicky. Dr. Leftwich is kind and empathetic to every issue I’ve had. I go regularly for cleanings and checkups and all my appointments have been consistently the same which is the best possible outcome and to me means they have refined the customer experience. When I first took him here he had a few pretty bad cavities that were giving him some moderate pain, the dentist installed a few crowns and was very gentle and professional and my son was so happy that he didn't have any more pain! Another time my son had a severe toothache and was in a lot of distress. The next morning I called Kids Smiles and even though they were totally booked they found some time to see him right away, turns out it was just a new tooth coming in a little rough - what a relief! But I was so grateful they were able to make sure he was taken care of.”
