“We've visited the Family Emergency Room more times than I wish to count over the years, and every time we get premium service. From the moment we enter the doors, to the days following our emergency, you can tell just how much the staff, nurses, and doctors truly care. We have never waited for more than a few minutes to be taken back. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors are always friendly and eager to help. I trust them and they have never let us down. Last year we took our daughter to a different emergency care center bc it was closer, only to receive sub-optimal care. Her bones needed to be set as soon as possible, and that ER would not do it. We immediately headed to Family Emergency Room and they were able to help her and get us on our way until we could see an orthopedic specialist. I am so grateful for their help that night and each time we've had an emergency.”

“I loved coming here for my chiropractor adjustment right after my car accident, Dr.Edwards was super sweet and made me feel 'at home' she paid attention to my detail when I would specify my pain, I felt like I could actually reach out to her for any concerns. The office in general was super calm and had an aura of relaxation. they made me feel comfortable, Nadia was very sweet and nice and always so helpful. My wife and I personal experience with Casey and working next to him side by side for 2-3 weeks straight was a blessing in disguise. He and his staff were welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and where very honest about what to expect. I had the works done, breast lift with implants, tummy tuck, liposuction front and back and fat transfer into my bottom. I made the choice to do stay two nights with a nurse and am so happy I did. “Dr. Rai delivered both of my children during her residency at Charlton Methodist years ago. I was young and she was very patient with their father and I. We still talk about her to this day. I no longer live in Dallas but if I ever move back, she would be my first choice for primary care. She was eager, knowledgeable, and took her time to answer our questions or told us where we could find it. We weren’t judged because we were young, but encouraged to give our babies the best start possible. She always seemed happy to see us and we were always so happy to see her. “I never leave reviews but I had to for Velvet Bloom. Brooke is the best!! I’ve always wanted to prioritize skin care but I didn’t know where to begin. Brooke has completely changed my skin. She even sent me a weekly schedule so I know what products to use on which days (this was beyond helpful) I even finally convinced my boyfriend to invested in his skin now he sees Brooke and uses the right products for his skin.
