“Dr. Rose 🌹is my all time favorite of doctors. He is always so sweet, compassionate, punctual and listens to me. I see him every 6 weeks for shots and is the only one of my doctors that I actually look forward to seeing. I was disappointed when he became an “out of network” doctor but will pay additional charges to keep him. His assistant is also a gem and friendly every time I see her. They both get 5 stars. “Pelvic floor awareness and therapy is very essential for a first time mother. I was lucky to get the help of Khyati Merchant to help me learn how to take control of my muscles. She taught me relaxation techniques that came in handy during child birth. My Ob-Gyne commented that in 2 weeks, I had made tremendous progress with therapy. I would recommend Lotus physical therapy to mothers-to-be to prepare for child birth and for postpartum recovery. Khyati was extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very easy to communicate with.”

“I first heard about Ashley about 5 years ago. A friend recommended her to me, and I thought - eh, we're doing okay, we don't really need anything like that. Then a year or so later, I started seeing small issues in my two athletes. Nothing major, and I figured everything would just work out on its own. Another year went by, and the problems became bigger. At this point, I realized we probably needed help, but we were so busy. Another year went by, and we were in full-on crisis mode. Enter Ashley!! She has helped both of my girls within their sport and with life outside their sport. My girls love Ashley and are so comfortable talking with her. She validates their emotions and gives them tools to face their challenges. We could have avoided some major pain and suffering if I'd called sooner, and I deeply regret putting off that first appointment. In the end, one of my girls left her sport, and Ashley worked her through that decision.
