“You know it took me a while to get my husband to go see any doctor but he liked Dr. Chapman and I did too so it was a win-win for me. Not only did he find a doctor there but I also did. Dr. Mina is awesome and really cares about how her patients are doing. I had been on new medication and a week later the office calls to see how I am doing and if there was any negative affects to it. They also let me know to call them if things changed--I like that. The office staff are all friendly and I can smile and feel when I enter the establishment, that they care about my well-being. For those that have a negative incident--I am sorry it was a bad day for you. I feel they care about all their patients and that is what I truly love!”

She does a fantastic job at reading her class, which varies quite a bit, and includes advanced poses for those needing more while also including ways to modify for others that may need more gentle poses while recovering from surgeries, injuries, etc. I love that she includes natural herbs, essential oils, and sound healing to enhance many of her classes. She’s constantly learning and refining her practice, and passes her knowledge on to her students. Her presence alone is calming and inviting. She’s definitely my favorite yoga instructor! The clinical staff and front office staff there were all very caring and professional; however, I had a terrible in-person experience with of all people the office manager! There are some things in life that I will begrudgingly tolerate, but I refuse to suffer on account of someone else’s disrespect or rude behavior. Today fortunately is a bright new day and when one door closes trust that another is already opening with an abundance of new opportunity. And just like that I was on Google reviews and began researching to find details about my next dentist. By the grace of God, I happened upon the practice of Mariya Barnett, DDS Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Every review I read about the level of care, patient experiences and service set the bar pretty high among my expectations. And to top things off the office is only minutes from my home. So, when I finally went in and had the chance to meet the office staff, they made me forget about my past experience and made me feel right at home. Before the procedure started all of my questions were addressed and detailed explanations regarding next steps were provided. The level of care given to administer what I would describe as a pain free yet thorough regimen of dental treatment was just what I have come to expect and was just what I received. Thus far I have had two fabulous visits at this office and look forward to my next appointment. In my opinion this alone speaks volumes, especially when a patient with past dental phobias can honestly say they are looking forward to going to the dentist!
