Everything I needed to know, from the acceptance of my insurance to documentation that needed completion prior to my appointment, was provided. That was definitely a plus because it vastly streamlined my check-in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly greeted by name (although I had not stated who I was), and informed that I would be seen shortly. I was made to feel as though my business was appreciated. After I was summoned, and seated in the examination room, the dentist assistant thoroughly explained to me everything that was to transpire. She handled me with care while preparing me for the dentist. The dentist did not disappoint. She was just as thorough as her staff, explaining everything to me, even to the point of providing a mirror so that I could observe what was going on in my mouth as she worked. I literally could go on and on with praises, but I will make this review short, and end by saying that Williams Dental Care is now the only office I trust with my dental needs.
