Staff was very responsive to my needs and listened to my concerns! When it was time for my blood work as always I was apprehensive, but this was a breeze! Got the vein and blood without a big bruise left behind! I must say that besides ring a little bit hard to find it was a very positive experience! “I had a very good experience on my visit with Dr. Munik, this was my first appointment, before that, asked my PCP forwarded some lab test and ultrasound test reports, during visit, doctor carefully reviewed the results and asked me a few questions to understand the situation. And explained in details about the potential reasons of abnormal test result, he didn't nerve me and just scheduled a follow-up visit 6 months later, before that, told me to keep good diet and workout to monitor the number. Since it was only one visit, couldn't comment how effective Dr. Munik's treatment, but do have confidence to stay with him.”

It was nice to have the app ability... however the GAP lied in not receiving the paperwork ahead of time, what to expect etc. When I arrived these people were phenomenal!!! I think her name was Brianna [front desk] did an awesome job checking me in and answering my questions. Sam was wonderful. Explaining EVERYTHING in detail. Gave me a great experience from BEginning to end. Donna was amazing. She really took her time and really listened to my questions and needs. Gave me a clear indication of what process would BE best for me. Thank goodness I came. They really turned my expectations and experience around... from the texting correspondence. Just to BE clear, that wasn't horrible, but that communication could have been better.
