Yoga and meditation were fantastic, and singing bowls were a joy. I came in after I made an attempt and was still struggling with severe SI, five weeks later i regained my confidence, self respect, and happiness. I’m so grateful for everyone at Sage Villa, they literally saved my life. Also I had some great techs, McKenna was fantastic.
