Thank you for your business! 8/22/22: Texas Flex as a location has a great selection of equipment in the amount of real estate that it has. I would call this one of my favorite gyms, but my customer service experience has been a bit lackluster. When I first signed up online, I wasn't given clear onboarding instructions. I couldn't find staff hours anywhere online to check when I could pick up my key fob and had to reach out and wait for a response - I feel like info like this should be included in some kind of onboarding details. To avoid any gaps in communication. Fast forward to present day, I've emailed to cancel my membership due to external reasons, and have been waiting for almost a week now. I provided my cancellation info via email, exactly as someone from front desk had instructed me to. I haven't gotten a clear response as to where in the cancellation process they are at even after sending follow-up emails. It's almost the end of the month and I'm concerned that I could potentially charged for the upcoming month if it doesn't get cancelled on time. Texas Flex, I really want to give you the stars you deserve because I really did love this gym in the short time I worked out there. I just wish there was more efficient communication and more information available online to avoid further confusion.”

“I was very impressed with ever member of the staff we encountered during the process. It was very professional and organized. We had testing done with another doctor that went horrible. There are very few testing centers like this so our first time taught us exactly what we didn’t want. We were so happy when we sat down with Dr. Jones on the first visit. She walked through the entire process, explained what she needed from us, my sons mother and the schools. My son said (after his first visit) that he liked the process much better than the first time. Every child is different, every test is different so I would encourage parents to really ensure the process that’s best for their young one. I can truly say I’m very happy with this office and the team that Dr. Jones has in place. As we are still working within the testing process we are very excited to see the results. I’m confident that we will get excellent feedback!!!”

“AMAZING HOME for my precious family member. When you have to make the decision for long term care for a loved one it’s very hard. Our loved one is deaf & mute and so the decision was 100 times harder. From the first visit the team at Chisolm Trail made us feel very welcomed. They made us feel like family!! Many of the team at Chisolm have been employed there for 10+ years and you can tell they love what they do and they care & love the residents. Going above and beyond with communication charts, her likes and dislikes, therapy, activities, and so much more! Every time I visit my loved one, she is beaming, the team welcomes me and I can see that she is very very happy! The business office mgr, social worker and administrator have been a tremendous help in answering a million questions for me. The nurses, rehabilitation team, aides and facility staff have been extremely helpful and so loving to my aunt. The team takes pride in the facility and it is important to them to foster a sense of family and home, and it shows by how they maintain a very clean space and decorate for every occasion. I could not imagine a better fit and I’m so thankful for the entire team at Chisolm for helping our family transition in such a positive way. I highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
