“My mother was placed in hospice about 3 months ago after multiple trips to and from the hospital over a very short time period. Each time she returned to Memory Care in worse condition mentally & physically. Finally the hospital doctors recommended she be released into hospice at her Memory Care facility. Her MC facility (which is also excellent) had an established relationship with Oasis Hospice and we soon realized this was the best decision ever! She has a dedicated team at Oasis that watch over her and care for her in partnership with her MC facility. The professional care, personal touch, and amazing commitment that her Oasis team provides has truly been life changing for my Mom. And their communication is outstanding! Best of all, Mom has not been back to the hospital since and although she is still on a difficult journey she is now able to smile, laugh, blow kisses, talk with her MC friends, and spend loving & quality time with her family. We are so thankful to the Oasis team for gifting us with this amazing time with our Mom. Heartfelt thanks to Stephanie, Lyn, PC, Monique and most of all, Natalie, who really cares about Mom and is always sending me texts regarding her visits with Mom and pictures of her having fun.
