He will not sugar coat things or prescribe things unnecessarily. Very straightforward, but this is something I appreciate when it comes to my family's health. I have never had a bad experience in the office or with the front desk staff. Nurse practitioner in the office is wonderful as well when Dr. Swofford isn't available right away.
