The experience itself was fine; the staff was courteous and attentive, especially when I showed up a little early for my appointment. I appreciated that. My stylist was Andy, who was friendly and personable, and I appreciated her dedication to soliciting my opinion throughout the process. I will mention that she is very high energy; it isn't a criticism, but if you're the sort of customer who prefers to sit in silence, get your hair cut, and then leave, I would perhaps suggest a different stylist. All in all, a good haircut.”
