They focus on safety and learning the correct and safe way to do what the workout requires. I am 55, I have been officially attending 3 classes per week for the last month and can already understand the importance of the "functional fitness" aspect of CrossFit. His waiting chairs are uncomfortable, but he is looking at options to replace due to patient and family concerns. He spends ample time assessing and talking through diagnosis and treatment options.
