Her teeth were very crowded and Dr. Buchanan came up with a great treatment plan to take care of everything. His staff is great too! They have always been very friendly, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my daughter was comfortable and had everything she needed. A tech even met us on a Sunday afternoon when my daughter was having some discomfort and took care of her issue immediately. We can't say enough great things about Dr. Buchanan and his staff! We would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthodontist! In fact, we have recommended him to friends who are just as happy as we have always been! “Brian Meusborn is a fantastic doctor. He's helped me learn so much about my health and I wouldn't know I was misdiagnosed with ADHD as a kid and was actually Bipolar II if he hadn't listened to my concerns and got me to the referrals I needed. The only issue I ever have is with some of the staff as the front desk. They aren't exactly the friendliest group sometimes, and they can get confused when looking at your information. One tried to tell me I had NOTHING on my deductible for the year yet, when in fact I've gone way over the deductible now and I had to have an agent from my insurance company explain it to her. The girl got offended that my agent had to force her to tell us what the average price for our visit should be, it was like pulling teeth to get an answer, even though it's pretty reasonable to want to know the average ball park of payment so you're actually prepared. So the doctors and nurses are fantastic, but their staff at the front desk and who answer the phones? Yeah, they aren't very good.”

“Patrick, Brandon and Tony are all excellent therapists. Each has helped me. They are very kind and supportive. While they expect you to give it you're all, they also are cognizant that pain is to be avoided during treatment. They are always inquiring how a patient is doing and while encouraging patients to do more, they do not want push patients to pain i have made progress and while there is more work to do, some major issues have resolved or significantly improved. I would recommend Physio in Dayton for physical therapy needs. They are also fun to be around!”
