When I went to the Round Rock location the establishment was very clean with mask, water, and even a digital thermometer. After checking in at the front desk, I was seen within moments. All the staff was very kind and personable, and they ran every test in regards to my problem to assist me and advise me on what the next steps were. I left that day with more information on what was wrong and peace of mind not fear that I could be facing the worse case scenario.”

“I've had more than my share of MRIs over the years but the procedure I had today at Northstar was by far the best. The staff was very courteous and explained everything to put my mind at ease. Most of the equipment used for this is rather loud, but they gave me ear plugs and some padded headphones to listen to my favorite music. I was so comfortable, I actually fell asleep for part of it. If I ever need more of these procedures, I will definitely go back to Northstar Diagnostic Imaging.”

Lynna was wonderful with him, making him smile right away. Mr. Fortney brings more than just his technical training to the table and seems to invest himself highly in the well-being and the long-term outcome of/for his clients, along with a more personal of associating & interaction as I allowed for it. He is very mindful & respectful of boundaries but also doesn't mind pushing the envelope when allowed 'n encouraged to (which is a good thing imo). All of that being said, he's as human as anyone so don't take it personally or expect otherwise if he happens to forget a certain detail or two every now 'n then - he talks to more persons than just you ☯️😉🤙”
