“Needed a new condenser cooling fan and they fixed me up with the new fan motor and small capacitor since the new motor had 4 wires and my old one only had 3. They took the time to show me how to hook up the extra wires to the capacitor and I had it up and running in no time once I got it home. They did forget to tell me (and I forgot to ask) how to reverse motor rotation direction, but a quick online video fixed that since it just happen to be spinning the wrong way out of the box for my fan blades. Very helpful and cheerful, even on a Monday morning. I'll go back if I ever have to do some (very) basic work on my A/C again.”

“Long time La Z Boy customer, 1st time in new Allen store. Glinda (with an I) was a great sales person and quickly help me find the perfect recliner for a small, 5 foot tall, older lady. I had a budget and this Collage wall hugger recliner is just perfect for me. Comfortable, pretty and just right. Can't wait till Wednesday when it will be delivered, put in my room and they will remove my old, broken chair and put it in the garage for me. UPDATE: 6 months later and the bottom cushion of recliner isn't as comfortable as I would like. But it's holding up well. You can pay for an upgraded cushion when you order it, but that was just too much money for me.”

Pancake and breakfast was very delicious and specially hot and fresh cinnamon roll. Our server make sure we have our coffee cup full and if we need anything else. They also serve fresh and breakfast all day👍🏽 I was very impressed with food and service. Planning to go back there soon.
