“Like most reviewers, I had confirmed service was bad or non existent after dozens of visits to this store. HOWEVER, this changed for me after my last two visits. First Ric approached me and asked me if I needed assistance. I was kind of shocked. Not only did he provide information about several things, he also walked me to places where products were. He also suggested rentals and gave me prices and schedules. This was awesome! The second time, one or two days later, Joshua was extremely helpful and friendly while he assisted me for around one hour with a complicated transaction. This while he was juggling other duties such as curbside. It appears management is now focusing on customer experience. I hope these guys get commended, incentivized and are shown as role models for their peers. A promotion and/or a raise would be definitely justified. Needless to say, I will be coming back to this store even if it's not the closest to me (I just moved). Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work! 👍🏼”

“While in Best Buy I had to purchase a number of items for a project. I was approached by one gentleman and asked if I needed assistance. After he assisted I tried finding the rest of the items on my own. Not long after Mr. Del was passing by and asked if I needed assistance. He patiently helped me find each item and then assisted with checking me out which became eventful due to my recent move. Mr. Del through and through was still extremely patient and helpful. While he was assisting another associate came over and said Del, the man with the master plan. My exact thought was RIGHT! Current day it’s hard to find people who genuinely want to help…yes even if they are getting paid for it. “Harry's is the best upholstery shop in San Antonio! If you need it done, he and his team can do it. Boats, entire automobile interior, boats, motorcycles, ATV's, water crafts, furniture, restaurants, hotels, clinics, hospitals, gym equipment, golf carts, custom covers, patterns and designs. You name it, they can do it. Harry and his team do amazing work. They are fast, good to their customers, professional and hold their work standards high. The prices are fair and affordable. Never had a bad experience, always professional and accomplish exactly what I need. “I went to ERC for a severe eating disorder. I was treated with the most respect and kindness. My team worked with me and never gave up hope for me to overcome this battle. Even though it was rough sometimes I got though it. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve been too, this was by far the best. I actually got to talk to my parents and family for more than 10 minutes everyday and actually see their faces. I highly recommended ERC Dallas/Plano to anyone struggling. “Came to Texas for family and didn’t bring a guitar, I thought I’d be able to find one used easily. Not so much, but this Guitarasaur location in the Painted Tree building was perfect. It was close to me, and when I called Todd answered and told me what he had available. When I got there he had a stool setup for me to try it out and a personality that made me want to stay. Look forward to checking out his other location and spending some time there. He has strings and essentials here as well as guitars at this location.”
