I never thought I would say that I enjoyed a vet visit- but they manage to make it a welcoming & fun environment!! They're very transparent when it comes to options & cost estimates. “I have an older house in the M streets, an historic neighborhood in Dallas built in the Tudor style in the 1920s. The architectural style is wonderful and has so much charm. Unfortunately, at the time, entire fireplaces and chimneys were built here in a way that did not frame the chimneys for real wood fires. I always wanted an inviting hearth in my home to suit the style of the house, but other companies told me it just couldn't be done. I finally found Chimney Troop out of Ft. Worth, and they found an economical way to get me exactly what I wanted! Now I have real fires in the wintertime right in my house. I absolutely love the way it turned out. I can't recommend these guys highly enough for their knowledge, service, and commitment to going above and beyond.”

“IN-THE-BOX is ON-THE-BALL. I have both personal and business mail sent here. These folks send me pics of mail when it arrives, so if I am expecting a particularly important piece of mail, I know it arrived. They take good care of my packages and insure my mail is safe. They even helped me deal with a package which was not shipped correctly and helped to keep me updated on its return. Now, for the subjective aspect of it all, they are nice and friendly. This is not as important to me as efficiency, but they provide that as well. I'd consider them if you are looking for a shipping/packaging center or you're in the market for a postal box.”
