The ensuing damage required our having to change out our flooring. Our insurance company recommended a different flooring company. The sales rep of the other company was disappointingly unenthusiastic and offered mediocre help. They were not kingly at all. So we went back to Landers Premier Flooring; what a difference! From Landers Premier Flooring we had caring and enthusiastic help, brilliant recommendations, patience, kindness and concern. They organised the demolition of the original flooring and helped me coordinate booking the other tradespeople. Their entire staff are lovely and their installation teams are superb. “Today an employee, Kindley, went ABOVE & BEYOND for me! I was shopping with my two toddlers and asked about the sweet potatoes (sign was there but no sweet potatoes). She let me know she was not in the grocery department but still went and investigated. A few minutes later she returned with a box of sweet potatoes. She could have totally told me it was “not her area” but instead she stopped what she was doing, called around, and returned with sweet potatoes. Loved the customer service and the help she provided!!”
