When I took a tour during my house search, I noticed that the spare bedrooms had carpet. I immediately wanted to pull that up to match the rest of the house. I asked the seller if Darling could do it; she said that there was a better resource...Good Guys Flooring. I never heard of the company, so I was skeptical. The seller introduced me to Joey Sims. I'm in IT, so I understand the importance of delivering a positive experience. Joey nailed it!! Very professional, educated me on the process, introduced me to the team and followed up at a CEO level. I thought he owned the company. The results were amazing and a spot on match of the Darling floors (maybe better). I was actually "floored"...no pun intended. I believe I have found a service provider in good guys on other potential projects. Additionally, you will come highly recommended to my peers and friends. Then he came back during our first treatment and introduced the gentleman that would be here every month to treat. The technician was extremely friendly and found a red wasp nest we didn't even know we had and started to take care of it. Isaiah was so helpful and shared all the knowledge he had about the different beds, which ones were suited best for what was needed. He was so nice that I felt happy to buy a high quality bed there. He never pressured us, but was just friendly and knowledgeable! I am so looking for our delivery in 5 days and that they are willing to even take our old bed out since we live in an apartment. Happy to get a call back but puzzled why they would not carry typical sizes of rugs. Worth checking out if you are interested in other types of rugs in differing shapes. Friendly voice but it sounded like he was zipping something up while on the phone....let's say, zipping rugs together ....maybe.”
