“Cellgate has been a tremendous company to work with. Our unit has been installed roughly a year ago to date and it has worked flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with the support and the unit itself with its solid construction and its aesthetically pleasing design. The backlit buttons are also a huge plus. Any issues we've run into have been promptly fixed by the fantastic team over at their support line. The only problem that seems to only have a temporary fix is timed codes. I have been in touch will the team at Cellgate to have the issue fixed and I am still very pleased with their customer service. Traci and her team managed our entire project-including helping us find a builder to handle the construction work. “I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. They really make it easy to find what you want without chasing you around the store ushering you into a different direction. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a no hassle buying experience.
