“Music By Ross is Amazing! We purchased a guitar for our daughter Hannah. Hannah has Cystic Fibrosis and is very very shy. Kellen and his team have done a great job working with Hannah teaching her how to play guitar. We have worked with two of Kellen's instructors. Collin and Brandon have done a great job with her, bringing her out of her shell, and helping Hannah produce some truly beautiful music. I am so proud of Hannah. Collin and Brandon have done such a great job teaching Hannah the basics, and then customizing their lessons to teach Hannah the music that she loves to listen to. Kellen's team has totally exceeded my expectations. We have already had 17 lessons, and have scheduled 8 more. Hannah is 13 years old and already could play in a band. “Super happy with the carpet install! Needed to get carpet replaced on the stairs, landing, office, and two closets of our 1983 garden home. Our house has lots of shadows, windows with different color film, and so as close to white with beige as possible helps brighten the space. We have four dogs - the lightest being 65lbs. and I wanted a carpet that fit my house's shadow issues as well as me not worrying about stains. Couldn't be happier! Stopped by because I saw their elaborately decorated truck around town and in the parking lot where Ace Hardware, Big Lots, Tuesday Morning, Z Bar, Comic Place, and UPS is... to name just a few shops. Went through the samples the brought a couple to my house to see how they looked in the space. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about carpet manufacturers and what we needed, especially with our dogs. We also bought extra carpet to have area rugs made in the future. (I wanted to make certain the dye lot was the same and was working within a budget -so spread out the work between carpet install and making rugs in the future.) I used to professionally run commercial flooring jobs like the San Diego Airport and community colleges. Working with Century Floors was a breeze. I don't expect other flooring needs for a while, but will happily use again should another flooring need pop up. I highly recommend!!!!!”

“I have been able to spend so much more time outside my home, caring for my flowers and enjoying my outside space, since I became a customer of Sureguard. I chose the PC Bi-Monthly Gold package because it made the most sense for my situation. Sureguard sends a technician out to the house every other month to spray inside and out and they are always punctual! Tyler Schmidt was my technician on October 10th and he had a very unique knock when he arrived that made me laugh. I found Tyler to be very professional and I loved the way he introduced himself by telling me his name and the company he worked for to put me at ease. He was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about not only his individual application technique of each product, but also about Sureguard and how previous treatments had affected the pests in and around the home. I could tell that he took personal responsibility for the work he was doing. You don't see that in employees very often these days.”

“We met with Paola Diaz on a couple of occasions and were blown away by her willingness to help us find what we wanted. After a selection was made, she notified us when the carpet arrived. As our home was not ready for the carpet to be laid, she made arrangements to hold the carpet for the appropriate time. The installers arrived right on time, set about their work, and did a terrific job of laying the carpet beautifully in our home. In addition, they cleaned everything and did not slam the walls and baseboards. We were impressed by the quality of the carpet, the economical price, the great installation, but the best part of our experience was in dealing with Paola Diaz. She is a thoughtful and delightful woman. You cannot go wrong using these great folks..especially Paola.”

Two people assisted in ordering, I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name he was helpful, I had to follow up on something and Melissa jumped in to assist as previous person was on phone. She followed up w a phone call to give me the window for delivery, which was delivered at the front end of the window and not the last minute. Even the delivery crew was helpful and nice.
