“7/1/22 update: Yard Art came through and replaced all 12 of our chairs with comparable chairs. Thank you! Update 4/30/22: exact same problem happened with the new chairs. It’s actually worse this time. The material is disintegrating despite being told the problem with the construction of the chairs had been resolved. Do not buy outdoor furniture here. Update: after speaking with Brett, he stated that he would replace our chairs at no cost. He assured us the material used to make our chairs is no longer used. So hopefully the new chairs will last much longer. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of sling type patio furniture. We were told they were of high quality and would last many years. After just 2 years the material began to deteriorate. They are so bad, someone could literally fall through the chairs. After reaching out to use our warranty, we were told the warranty was only 1 year, which is not what we were initially told. They refused to repair our chairs. Beware of this place. They carry poor quality furniture and don’t stand behind their products and warranty. I’m just so furious that we now have 12 chairs that are ruined.”

“Chance has been excellent to work with and I highly recommend him. His communication and execution has been great. When we moved into our home, we had a rat problem in the attic and a different pest control company couldn’t fix the issue. We then called Chance and he patched the entry points and forced them into traps. The issue was quickly under control and we have had no further issues. We have also used Chance for general bug spraying and a recent drain flies issue.
