Well we made the deal and from that point until completion was a consumers dream. The carpet arrived on time the installers were beyond good, we had one place where the carpet ended next to a ceramic tile floor and there was a chip out of the tile and the installer actually fitted the carpet so it went into that little chipped spot exactly as my wife and I wanted. “Great experience! We had Jared IPC as our service provider, and he did an awesome job on our first treatment. He came with another gentleman, but I didn’t catch his name. They both did great! Very thorough and very attentive to our concerns. DJ did a great job of explaining the service initially and when we had our first treatment we noticed the difference immediately. We used another service that was offered to us with the purchase of a home. They had already treated three different times and we saw no difference in activity. All of the sticky traps ended up with insects and we were pretty frustrated. I was even more concerned over the chemicals. After just one treatment, we saw things we did not want to see fleeing our house, including dying black widows. All of the activity by the cracks by our garage have all but ceased and the sticky traps remain mostly empty. So happy the team took the opportunity to visit with us and explain the service so thoroughly. We are very pleased and I have already recommended the service to my friends. Thank you for helping us make the home safe and way more enjoyable!”
