“So, this was my first trip to Hobby Lobby 👏 👏 👏 I was like a little kid in a candy store!!! I just started painting 🖼 with watercolors and I found some great stuff. My hubby still has a teenage boy inside 😃, so the Batman "bat cave", signage is his. “Wow, even though I'm not a client, I had an experience with one of the employees that shows HONESTY, HELPFULNESS, and COMPETENCE. I was on my way to catch a flight and stopped to put air in my tire. The valve stem broke off and the tire immediately went flat. I called AAA, but they were going to be a while, and I was feeling frantic. A gentlemen at the next pump over pointed out that I had left my credit card in the pump card reader. Thank you!!! Then he (it turned out to be Randy from Envirosmart, as I could see on his truck) started asking about my situation. When he saw my problem, he immediately offered to help change my tire. Before I could even answer, he was getting out a jack and starting to work. A very get-it-done attitude. He finished up getting the spare on just as the AAA guy drove up, and also gave me some good advice on getting the valve stem fixed. Because of him, I made it on time, but I was also amazed at how helpful this total stranger was to me. I think any company would be fortunate to have Randy associated with them.”

I am a repeat customer because they exceed my expectations, every time. This time it was making a small kitchen feel bigger. Fernando assisted in designing a wrap around bar since an island was impractical. The execution and selection of how and where to cut the slabs showed the teams artistic sense. These countertops made this kitchen over the top. They also installed a 90", double sink vanity top that had to fit perfectly and it did. Great job by the whole team.”

Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
