“My husband and I recently sold our 2008 Honda Fit to CarMax in Norman and it was a wonderful experience! The process was incredibly simple and they offered us a very fair amount for the car. There was an issue with our title but the associate told us how to fix the issue and how to keep it from delaying our transaction. He even went the extra mile by calling the tag agency to have them fax a corrected document so that we could sell our car that day. He truly went above and beyond and we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. The facility was spotless, including the restrooms, and it was obvious they take COVID precautions very seriously. This was so much simpler than trying to sell our car in a private party sale. This will be our first stop for any future car sales or if we are ever in the market for a used car. This is truly some of the best customer service I have ever received.
