“Great experience from start to finish having my Swiss automatic watch serviced here. I spoke w/ Frank over the phone and he gave me a competitive price (This is important to me b/c I hate the idea of driving around town as though I have nothing better to do, just to get a price quote on something routine). Soon after I arrived, Frank filled me in on his experience and to not have any reservations about HIM (lots of places I called told me a third party will perform the service) handling my watch. When I went to pick up the watch at the end of the week, Frank told me he fixed an issue w/ the day/date complication that I wasn't even aware. I can appreciate that he didn't call me to try to nickel and dime me to pay extra. He simply took care of it like a true professional should. Watch seems to be running fine now but if there's any issues, he told me that I have a 2 year warranty on his service. Competitive pricing, expert skills, and professional results. You can't ask for more.”

“I went in and the store was slow as there wasn't many customers but they had people in each of the areas and every one of them said hi to me or talk to me. I went and looked at all the different departments and had fun just browsing. Found a couple really nice cute dresses for my granddaughter for cheap prices. Found lots of tools that I want to go back and look at some more and some appliances that we're good prices. Will be going back to look more with my wife. Really nice as quiet and easy to get help.”

Pamela Wright told us she would be happy to design my ring for us. I was QUITE skeptical only because I am frugal. Having someone design a diamond ring sounds very expensive and exclusive. Pamela Wright designed the ring I had in head, well within our budget, and treated us like family. Being able to choose the diamonds was a very cool bonus. After a week the mold for my ring came in. Within a few weeks my ring was completed. We both absolutely love our rings. We both also love the experience, customer service, the attention to details, the willingness to listen, the thoughtfulness and follow-up from the staff at Wright Pawn including from Pamela Wright herself.
